1. Client Instatisfacion

Desistance of Purchase:

If you effected the purchase through, received the product in perfect conditions, and still did not feel happy with the purchase, you will be able to request through our central office of attendance the cancellation of the purchase. But be aware of the rules below.

Stated period for purchase desistance:

According to the norms of the CDC (Code of Defense of the Consumer), the customer who purchased through the virtual store can enjoy of up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product to register the desistance of the purchase.

The cancellation request must be immediately communicated to the supplier of the service, subsequent to the rules below:

Devolution of the Merchandise:

  • The merchandise will have to be returned through the post offices with shipping paid by the customer, for the constant address in the nota fiscal of the sale.
  • The product cannot have any indication of usage.
ATTENTION: The product that does not follow the demanded conditions above will not be accepted as devolution and automatically it will be sent to the origin address. In these conditions, the right to make a shipping charge will be reserved.

Restitution of the Values:

  • Banking billet: Credit in current account in up to 10 working days.
  • There won't be a refund in the shipping cost.
ATTENTION: The restitution of the values will only happen after receiving and analyzing the conditions of the product(s) in our supply. (the product cannot indicate any usage).
NOTE: All intention of cancellation will have obligatorily to be communicated to NO GI prior to the sending of the product(s). Fail to do so will cause the request not to be accepted.


2. Products without defect

New Product:

The new product needs to be returned in 30 days in order for the substitution to happen. It has to be presented in the same conditions when it was bought (in the original packing and without use).

"Don't forget that to affect the exchange the product will cannot have been used."

If you it chose the product in our virtual store, was not pleased when received it and desires to make a substitution for another item. Observe the rules:

Devolution of the Merchandise:

  • The product will not be able to present any indication of use.

Substitution of Merchandise:

  • You will be able to choose another item available in our virtual store.
  • The choice will have to be limited to value of the product. If a variation of price is present, the payment of the difference will have to be provided, in accordance to the existing options in the site.
  • The product will be sent to the residence of the customer, after payment of new freight.


3. Products with defect

Product with supposed Imperfection of Manufacture:

Read below how to request the order of evaluation for supposed imperfections in manufacture:

Devolution of the Merchandise:

  • The merchandise will have to be directed through the post offices for the constant address in the nota fiscal of sale.
  • The customer will have to send a brief written story on the supposed defect which he/she claims, clarifying on the occurred problem, etc.
ATTENTION: Products directed not meeting all the specifications above, will not be accepted for a defect analysis and will automatically be returned to the shipper.

Analysis of defects of the products:

A avaliação de defeitos será realizada pela nossa equipe e reportada ao cliente. Prazo médio de conclusão: 7 dias úteis após o recebimento do produto.

The evaluation of defects will be carried through by our team. Average stated period for conclusion: 7 working days after the receiving the product.

In case analisys is favorable to the client:

  • The customer will receive in the origin address, without cost, the substitution for the same product.
  • If the same product is not present in our supply, the customer will be communicated and will be able to choose another product for exchange, being able to choose another option from the site, obeying the value of the credit.
  • If there is a difference of price between the chosen product and the defected product, the payment of the difference will have to be provided.

In case analisys is contrary to the client:

The product will be returned to the customer with the letter/laudo of the declination of substitution right.

Reproved requests:

  • Absence of defect (no apparent damage as previously pointed by the customer).
  • Indications of accidental damage.
  • Natural desgaste in result of the use.

 

4. By part of Nogi

Automatic cancellation of purchase:

The Cancellation of the order and release of the products acquired will be automatic in the following situations:

  • Impossibility of execution of the corresponding debit of the purchase in the credit card.
  • Inconsistency of data filled in the order.
  • No payment of the banking billet.
  • Absence of supply.

The Restitution of values by initiative of will occur in the following situations:

  • Impossibility of delivery of the acquired merchandise, due to the inexistence of the delivery address as indicated by the buyer, or the inaccessibility of the address. In the impossibility of the delivery therefore, the product will be returned to our Center of Distribution, generating devolution by part of the values corresponding to the prices of the products, abstaining the costs with shipping.
  • In case the merchandise bought by the costumer in the site is lacking, in function of the sales of the product, there will be devolution of the values paid to the buyer, through the same method of payment used for the shopping. In these situations, the buyer will be communicated of the occurrence.
